위 본인은 학술지 검안 및 콘택트렌즈학회지 투고자로서 이 논문 작성 과정에서 다음과 같이 연구윤리의 기본원칙을 준수함을 서약합니다.

첫째, 검안 및 콘택트렌즈학회지 연구윤리 규정을 준수하여 정직하고 엄정한 연구를 수행하여 논문을 작성하였다.

둘째, 논문작성 시 위조, 변조, 표절, 중복게재 등 학문적 진실성을 훼손하는 어떤 연구부정행위도 하지 않았다.
